Tickets and covid regulations
Hoping to attend the Brentford game which will ( hopefully) be my first for a while due to two years of illness.
Ticket booked but and confirmation received but cant find any information about receiving ticket or covid regulations.
Why is it so difficult to get any information from the website.
Anyone help ?

Just out of curiosity, why do you think it took so long? People just not with the right printout/not knowing where to point their phones? printouts and etickets not working properly? It should be very straightforward and quick shouldn't it? Aim barcode or QR code at scanner, enter. Was it jut people not realising what to do or a more fundamental problem?

Asking because I've been on holiday for the first two home games so haven't been yet.

No idea why they've abandoned plastic cards. It was quick and easy. It's not like you can't forward an email or a QR code to a mate anyway. In fact it's easier because you don't even have to be in person.

They wanted to see my covid passport at the Palace game, think it was a random check. Took 10 seconds, and no queuing to get in anyway. That was the pudding mill lane side which is always much quieter on matchdays.

The bloke behind me sings like a chorister all match. If he’s got covid I have.

Re: Tickets and covid regulations
For season tickets they said they had put in temporary measures in place for first two matches where they emailed PDF tickets and also downloadable e-tickets for Google Wallet etc. They said they'd be in touch again about the long term ticketing solution for the rest of the season. They haven't.

There is zero chance of them doing Covid checks. It took 30 minutes to get through the queue at the turnstiles for Leicester without any Covid checks because their ticketing was so bad.

It's a shambles. Same as always.

Yep crap aren’t they. For the Palace game they emailed me the ticket 4 days before the game. In the email it said they strongly advised doing a covid test and updating the NHS app before the game. I and no one I saw was asked about covid testing or vaccination when going into the ground.

TeVaz You'll get your ticket via email, probably the week leading up to the game. Everything is now digital so you need to either print copies off or open the email on your phone and transfer to your Gpay or Apple wallet. You will also need a covid passport, again either a paper version or via your phone.
